Despite not being written intentionally this way, The Witcher’s third season gives Henry Cavill’s Geralt of Rivia a “heroic sendoff”. That’s according to series creator and showrunner Lauren Hissrich. Talking to EW, Hissrich reflected on Cavill’s time on the show, saying the team wanted to “honour that appropriately”. Gamers were given their first opportunity to have their say on Microsoft’s proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard in a public consultation with the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. So how did they conduct themselves outside of the gaming bubble? With abuse and unintelligence of course. Contains spoilers for Tunic – you have been warned.I love how Tunic uses the process of gathering the game’s manual pages to build anticipation for later experiences in the adventure.
