Just weeks after confirming it was selling off its western studios and IP to Embracer Group for $300m, Square Enix has revealed plans to “establish new studios” and acquire others. Game grading company Wata Games is the target of a new US class action lawsuit accusing it of unfair business practices and of manipulating the retro gaming market for its own gain.
