Bungie has suffered a setback in its bid to punish a group of cheaters who sold “hacks” for Destiny 2. A court has dimissed much of Bungie’s legal action against cheat site AimJunkies, in which it had alleged copyright and trademark infringement, as well as breach of contract, “tortious interference” and “unjust enrichment” (thanks, TorrentFreak). Glen Schofield has shared some new concept art from his upcoming sci-fi horror, The Callisto Protocol. Genshin Impact developer miHoYo has confirmed update 2.7 has been delayed. The Nikita AVT was first introduced to Warzone and Vanguard as part of the April 2022 Pacific Season 3 update. Unfortunately, this assault rifle isn’t as competitive as you might’ve hoped, due to its finicky recoil, and slower Time to Kill (TTK). Despite this, we still recommend giving it a try since developer Raven Software will likely adjust the Nikita later on, as the developer has done with other weapons in the past.
