This is available for PC players who use GOG, which is DRM-free and requires no activation or an online connection to play.
Unfortunately, this does also require that you own the base game via GOG as well, but it’s a good deal for anyone who originally opted to support CD Projekt directly with their purchase. If you want to own both on GOG, Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition is down to $53.59, or Cyberpunk 2077 separately is down to $29.99 instead.
