Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, the new game from the creators of Life is Strange, has revealed two release dates as well as a gameplay trailer at Opening Night Live.
Don’t Nod’s upcoming narrative adventure game launches in two parts on PC, Xbox Series X and S, and PlayStation 5 on February 18 (Tape 1) and March 18, 2025 (Tape 2).
The trailer offers a look into the gameplay of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, including the navigation between the dual timelines of 1995 and 2022, using Swann’s camcorder to film her summer while making dialogue choices in the game.
A blast from the past arrives and the girls are forced to remember that fateful summer of ‘95.

We see the dynamic dialogue system, which can change based on where you look and what you say. Players can choose to ignore and interrupt other characters, which makes conversations feel more real and choices more important than ever, Don’t Nid said.
Meanwhile, Don’t Nod announced a partnership with Maximum Entertainment to bring Lost Records: Bloom & Rage to the physical market for PS5. The release date for the physical version of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage on PS5 will be announced in due course, the developer said.
In June, Don’t Nod delayed Lost Records: Bloom & Rage from the third quarter of 2024 to early 2025 in order to avoid clashing with the new Life is Strange game.
Don’t Nod is the original developer of narrative adventure Life is Strange for publisher and franchise owner Square Enix. It’s currently working on new narrative adventure Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, while Square Enix has tasked Deck Nine with developing Life Is Strange: Double Exposure for release this October.
