San Diego Studio and MLB The Show add the G.O.A.T.s of baseball history to this year’s roster, totaling over 200 legends* in MLB The Show 25.
Hall of Famer Ted Williams highlights a class of unrivaled ballplayers alongside Roger Clemens and Manny Ramirez, and introduces Negro Leagues legends James “Cool Papa” Bell and Wilber “Bullet Joe” Rogan. Fans can play with the iconic legends in this year’s game, along with returning legends Ken Griffey Jr., Derek Jeter, Babe Ruth, Jackie Robinson, and Satchel Paige.

Largely considered one of the greatest ballplayers of all time, Ted Williams, embodies the pinnacle of baseball excellence.

Ted Williams played his entire 19-year MLB career with the Boston Red Sox from 1939 to 1960. In that time, Williams garnered an astonishing list of achievements:
- 2 American League MVP Awards
- 2 American League Triple Crowns
- 6 American League Batting Titles
- .406 average in the 1941 season, becoming the last big leaguer to reach the .400 mark
- .482 career on-base percentage is the best of all time
Williams was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966.

Narrated by the esteemed Bob Kendrick, President of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (NLBM), Season 3 further expands upon the multiyear partnership between the NLBM and MLB The Show in our collaborative efforts to educate, enlighten, and inspire by allowing players the opportunity to experience the amazing history and impact of the Negro Leagues on the game of baseball and the fabric of America.
