Capcom has announced a Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition will launch February 9 as a package including the base game and all of its downloadable content.
Announced with a trailer (below), the Gold Edition therefore includes the Separate Ways expansion plus bonus items previously only available in Resident Evil 4’s Deluxe Edition.
These include various costumes for Leon and Ashley (such as Casual and Romantic), the Sentinel Nine and Skull Shaker weapons, a soundtrack, exclusive charms, and more.
No price for the Gold Edition was shared by Capcom but will likely emerge in the coming days as it becomes available to preorder.
Resident Evil 4 launched in March 2023 as a remake of the beloved 2005 game. It proved a smash hit for Capcom, selling more than three million units in just two days, and topping six million in the months since.
